The 8th Power Battery Application International Summit(CBIS2023), with the theme of “Service – Cooperation – Win-Win – Embracing the ‘New Globalization’ Era”, was opened in Shanghai lately. SZJ was invited to participate in the meeting and won the “Annual Product Trusted Enterprise” award.
Started from 2004, SZJ has started to develop product lines related to the lithium industry. After several years of technology buildup, SZJ already possesses the ability to develop, design and manufacture lithium/sodium-ion battery and photovoltaic high-end intelligent equipment, and has been awarded more than 470 patents of invention, utility model and soft-authored patents, and is able to provide customers with high-quality and high-efficiency automation equipment and automation integration services.
In terms of turnkey automated assembly lines for large cylindrical cells, SZJ can provide both beading sealing and laser sealing solutions. These solutions have excellent technical capabilities, including high-efficiency transmission drive, tab shaping, laser welding, dust removal and other core technologies, with a single-line effciency up to 350 piece/minute and a product yield above 99.5%.
In terms of prismatic battery cells, SZJ has developed ultra-high-speed laser vertical welding module and ultra-high-speed top cover vertical welding machine, and the efficiency of the equipment reaches more than 25 piece/minute. The linear welding speed can reach more than 400mm/s, the welding appearance is smooth and fulfilled, the consistency of weld depth is high, and the product yield can reach more than 99.5%.
