Laser R&D Laboratory
SZJ Laser R&D Laboratory has an 800m² laser processing and testing area, with various types of laser equipment, laser processing systems, and testing devices worth over 7 million RMB. The lab has independently developed various laser processing experimental platforms, equipped with a sample preparation room and a sample inspection room. It possesses the capabilities for developing new laser processing technologies, validating product processes, independently developing laser processing equipment, and system integration, providing customers with comprehensive laser technology solutions.
Vision Inspection Technology Laboratory
SZJ has two large vision laboratories located in Wuhan and Xiangyang. These labs are equipped with various specifications of vision testing and validation platforms, including line scan camera platforms, 3D camera platforms, large-area array camera platforms, and standard vision platforms. Additionally, we have a wide range of line scan cameras, array cameras, 3D cameras, and various vision light sources and lenses to meet diverse vision validation needs. The SZJ vision team boasts rich capabilities in hardware development, software development, image processing, and deep learning algorithms, offering efficient vision inspection solutions to customers. Our vision software platform, MVMaster, has been successfully applied in various production lines, helping customers improve production efficiency and product quality.
SZJ employs over 500 professional design and R&D personnel, forming two major R&D and design platforms centered around the Research Institute and the Technology Center.
Research Institute
Led by PhD-level technical experts, the institute boasts a high-caliber R&D team focused on industry-leading technologies to drive innovative research and development for the company. The institute includes the General Technology R&D Center, Laser Product R&D Center, Automation Software Development Center, Laser R&D Laboratory, and Vision Inspection Technology Laboratory. It possesses capabilities in mechanical structure innovation and optimization, laser processing technology and equipment development, optical and mechanical motion control system development, and vision inspection technology development. This ensures continuous enhancement of the company’s core technological capabilities and supports technical iterations across all product lines.
Technology Center
The Technology Center consists of over 400 mechanical and electrical design engineers and features a design and development team led by experienced mechanical experts from South Korea. The center is organized into product departments based on product types, including Cylindrical Cell Product Department, Prismatic Cell Product Department, Pouch Cell Product Department, Formation and Aging Product Department, and Photovoltaic Product Department. It has the capability to design and develop full-category lithium/sodium ion cell front-end, middle-end, and back-end automated production lines and photovoltaic cell module production lines, providing comprehensive turnkey technical solutions tailored to market demands.
