SZJ Automation’s R&D organization, comprising 500+ professional design and R&D personnel, is at the forefront of technological advancement in the cell manufacturing industry. Divided into the Research Institute and Technology Center, the organization is helmed by doctoral technologists and pioneers in innovative technology research and development.
The Institute includes centers for General Technology R&D, Laser Product R&D, Automation Software Development, Laser R&D, and Visual Inspection Technology. These centers work on mechanical innovation, laser processing, motion control, and visual inspection. They upgraded the company’s technological capabilities, automated production and assembly line evolution.
Technology Center
On the other hand, SZJ Automation’s Technology Center boasts 400+ mechanical and electrical design engineers. The core technologies cover different intelligent manufacturing systems, including Cylindrical Cells, Prismatic Cells, Pouch Cells, Chemical Composition, and Photovoltaic Solutions.
We specialize in designing and developing automated production lines for lithium/sodium-ion cells and photovoltaic modules. It also offers intelligent factory solutions in the market.
